 Before booking Hush Puppies services, all new clients are required to complete a complimentary Meet & Greet.

Meet & Greet is a free 30 minute consultation with one or more of our pet sitters. We will come to meet you and your pet, learn about their routine, any special care requirements, and fill out paperwork. To access your property, we will gather details on your property’s lock box (with 2 tested keys inside) or arrange for key pick up.

How to book Meet & Greet online

1. Create and Activate your account

  • Create an account in our online client portal.
  • Check your email for welcome email with further instructions.
  • Set up your password.

2. Fill out your information

  • Complete your personal profile
  • Fill out your pet’s information

3. Request Meet & Greet

  • Book Meet and Greet by requesting a new service and selecting date and time. Go into “schedule” tab, choose one time service and select New Client Meet & Greet.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a verification email.
  • You will receive a message through your online portal arranging a phone call to confirm your Meet & Greet.
